Our campers are built using our own proprietary composite panels.  The material for the roof is different than the walls and the walls are different from the floor as they all serve a different purpose in the overall 1.5” thick construction.  The camper body utilizes our 6063 powder coated aluminum extrusions to form an exoskeleton that is bonded to the composite panels.

“The manual roof utilizes an EPS foam core to keep it as light as possible while maintaining R-value.  The auto roof and our walls are made up of gelcoat, fiberglass and poly propylene honeycomb skin and PET FOAM (recycled water bottles), very strong with great R-value.  The floors are comprised of gelcoat and poly propylene honeycomb, very strong while providing R-value in the air space”.
